3. SHOP, EAT & PLAY
Starting on Small Business Saturday, visit any of the businesses participating in the Oceanside Holiday Challenge. The game guides you to local businesses, destinations and events to complete missions by snapping selfies or shooting videos. Each mission you complete earns you one or more points toward winning local prizes. Each point earned in the game equals one giveaway entry. Winners will be chosen by drawing. Share photos or video to Instagram with the hashtag #oceansideholidaychallenge.

Winner of the 2021 Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champion Innovation Contest by Main Street America and American Express, ’Tis the Season to Shop Local is an annual holiday campaign to support local retail businesses and artisans by encouraging residents and visitors to shop local during the holiday season. Sponsored by MiraCosta College and The Osider, the campaign is a partnership between MainStreet Oceanside, City of Oceanside Economic Development and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.
