These are not your average fries! They are thick and crispy, with a selection of different spices and dips.
Belgium Street Fries owned by Serge Libiolle serves Belgian style fries with his famous garlic aioli or your choice of another of Serge's dips. He makes a great Sriracha dip, just hot enough, but not too hot. All of Serge's dips are made fresh...including the mayonnaise.
The trick to creating authentic Belgium fries is the double frying method and using the correct potatoes. Serge looked for the perfect potatoes for his fries and finally found them from Oregon. These potatoes have the same taste and texture as the potatoes used in Belgium.
